Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus Weather Station October 17, 2022 Reviewer: David W. Fleming from Montague, MI United States   Frankly, one of the best companies I have ever done business with! Scientific Sales was clear, and speedy with both communications and shipping, and very friendly email correspondence as well! I have owned many other weather stations in my life, but Davis is by far a professional grade weather station. I purchased the cabled version, as I really like the instant read back from the anemometer, in ISS. I am a Ham radio operator, and we Hams are constantly talking about the weather! Working mostly fine and accurate, but... October 27, 2018 Reviewer: Andreas Hatt from Schaffhausen, Switzerland   The weather station is in most parts great (though expensive): it's easy to use and gives you a lot of informations about the condition of the atmosphere surrounding you, even UV index and solar radiation. What is really ridiculous for such a high priced product is that it's almost impossible to display the correct inside temperature and humidity: when you start up the console, the temp reading difference (between the inside sensor and the ISS right beside it) is around 0.3°C. After a time, the readings are the same, until you switch on the display illumination: then, after about 10 mins the temperature reading of the console is around 3.3°C higher than the reference outside sensor. The  inside humidity reading is also much too low, (about 7%) then. Was this review helpful to you?
