The Davis 7717 Mounting Pole Kit includes two galvanized steel poles, connector, and mounting hardware. The weather station mounting kit poles measure 19.5" (0.50 m) and 21" (0.53 m) long. Assemble the two together to make a single 37.5" long pole. Outside diameter of both is 1.3125" (3 cm).

The only limitation of the mounting pole kit is the clamp that attaches the Vantage Vue to the pole. It is sufficient to affix the unit to the pole, but not as securely as I'd like.
