Customer Support May 12, 2014 Reviewer: Joe Coates from Aliquippa, PA United States   I recently purchased a Davis Vantage Vue weather station. What I did not realize that the hardware and software required to go on line was not included. I ordered the wrong software package. Nice Product, No Instructions July 31, 2013 Reviewer: Vincent VanBurik from Kirtland, OH United States   The product is great and very user intuitive, but other than a start-up (set-up) guide, there are no instructions on the various screens and how to configure them to your liking.  Not even a readme file or web-site link that has this information.  Otherwise, I would have given this 5 stars. Great accessory at a great price!
